I am Adriana,
I am Adriana,
I am Adriana,
and I have never been comfortable talking about myself. For most of my life, I would always choose to do or show rather than tell. But as it goes with every journey towards actually meeting one’s true calling, using words to let others come closer is a level that was waiting to be unlocked.
So here I am, taking a leap into the blank pages…

So here I am, taking a leap into the blank pages…
We, as people, carry so many stories,
and many of those are not
what we say out loud.
We, as people, carry so many

Speaking of leaps—be they of faith, of pure rebellion, or those simply driven by an immense curiosity for life—my lifelong search has always stood under the reign of that which is not seen, yet drives and shapes our every movement as souls embodied on this earth. I would pay attention to whispers or to subtle shadows first, only to then find a light so beautiful, not only coming through the cracks but enriching every inch of our surroundings.
Once reaching the right age, I travelled the world for a while and then worked in hospitality for 15 years. I met so many interesting and different people— all personalities, all walks of life. Thousands of situations, others’ or mine. Situations I sometimes stepped into willingly and others that life simply placed me in.
Through them, I had to figure out environments, behaviors, and myself. And there was always a question inside that kept returning, a kind of red thread: why do we do what we do?

For the past 10 years, I have been in a personal exploration and inner work. I looked to unlearn as much as I looked to learn. I challenged patterns as much as I devoured long-lost wisdom. Having been brought up in the countryside by a grandma who followed traditions to a T, reverence for the past and for our ancestors became part of my DNA.
I explored, with great responsibility, multiple schools of thought, and yet I don’t follow one in particular. Some of those routes have shapes and names. I'm a certified Yin Breathwork Practitioner, trained in Bali, and have received Reiki and Shinki initiations. I've completed a Transgenerational Psychotherapy Training Program, and continue to deepen my practice through ongoing studies in Family Constellations and the Whole-Self Pre-Birth Matrix.

We, as people, carry so many stories, and many of those are not what we say out loud. We are driven by myriads of thoughts and emotions, some conscious, most unconscious. I found myself paying attention to what moves us toward one door or another, or what sometimes makes us stop altogether. Over time, it became clear to me how much of our inner world operates beneath the surface, quietly shaping the choices we make.

Other routes are quieter, and harder to put on a list — ten years of my own therapy, more than thirty personal family constellations in group settings, and ceremonies with Shipibo shamans deep in the Amazonian jungle. These are the experiences that taught me what no training alone could.
What I bring into a session is shaped by all of it — the trained and the lived. But what defines the work is not a method. It's the quality of presence I've learned, slowly, to hold.
I listen, I learn, and I filter everything through life experiences—keeping what resonates and feels true.
Funny thing about truth: it is so connected to our core being that no matter the route you take towards it, it’s always there, waiting for you to befriend it. It may not always be pleasant or flattering, but it is always freeing.
At the core of my beliefs is that we all, as human beings, strive for love and connection.
We all want to be seen, no matter the act we choose to put on in wanting so.
It is through this understanding that I filter human behavior—be it objectively “good” or “bad.” I believe that once we are in a space where we are not feeling judged, we can soften some of our walls and move closer to the truth within. I am always humbled beyond words when that happens.

The wonder of it all is that in our quest for connection, life has a way of showing us we already are connected. Sometimes it simply takes a leap for us to truly feel it.
This is the quiet magic I see happen in what I do, and what gives me pure, unfiltered joy. I hold your hand while you take your leap of faith, for as far as you are ready to go. I hold your space so you can move a little closer to that core truth and actually see yourself—with everything you are, not “good” nor “bad.”
I still am not very good at talking about myself.
But I try, every day, to get better.
And the one thing that reassures me I am on the right path is simple: after every session, people leave lighter. With more insights, more questions to explore, and sometimes a few answers beginning to appear. And for a brief moment in time, they allowed me to stand beside them in their own journey, and together we caught a glimpse of that subtle yet powerful thread that ties us all together.

THEIR WORDS
"I clearly felt throughout the entire session that Adriana was holding the space.
"The Clarity Session with Adriana was a deeply profound experience. It helped me dive into my unconscious and access parts of myself that were previously out of reach.
Throughout the entire session, I clearly felt that Adriana was holding the space—with presence, safety, and gentleness—which allowed me to go deep without fear. It was both revealing and deeply integrative."

THEIR WORDS
"I found a beautiful space and a great deal of understanding in Adriana.
“I went to my first session with zero expectations, feeling a heaviness in my chest from pressure and negative thoughts. I found a beautiful space and a great deal of understanding in Adriana. I felt very safe, in an environment where empathy truly comes first.
We chose to work on my fear of losing loved ones. It wasn’t an easy process, but by the end I felt relieved—not just exhausted.
A big bonus for me were the cats, whose presence I find very calming.
I believe I need a few more sessions to form a clear opinion about how it helps me in everyday life, not just in the moment—but I wholeheartedly recommend Adriana’s sessions to anyone willing to face their emotional wounds.”

"I believe it’s something worth trying at least once for anyone
“My session with Adriana was an extremely interesting experience. Although at the beginning it was a challenge for me—as someone who relies heavily on rational thinking in everyday life—to let myself be guided and to relax, I managed to move past that mental barrier and become truly present.
We ended up working on something related to my childhood, even though I initially thought I would focus on a career-related topic. It’s funny how things connect.
From the very beginning, I felt it was a safe space, free of pressure and expectations. I entered driven by curiosity and left feeling a little lighter emotionally.
I believe it’s something worth trying at least once for anyone—especially if you want to learn more about yourself. You might be surprised!”

"One element that stood out to me was the breathwork
“I came to this session at a time of transition, with an intention related to my professional direction, but without clear expectations. It was more about curiosity and a desire to follow my intuition.
The session itself was a deeply profound experience, gently guided, which allowed me to access inner areas that are not easily reached through thinking or analysis alone. One element that stood out to me was the breathwork—at one point, I felt an intense oxygenation in my body and a very clear physical release.
After the session, I felt the need to sleep deeply, as if my body was integrating everything that had happened. Internally, it felt as though a mental wall I didn’t even know existed had come down.
I was left with a greater sense of self-trust, a deeper openness to opportunities, and the feeling that I can access inner resources I hadn’t been aware of before. The clarity I gained wasn’t just mental—it was also a shift in my state and energy, a kind of coherence between mind, body, and emotions.
For me, the session was liberating on a mental, physical, and emotional level, bringing a sense of alignment across all these layers. In a way, it felt like certain ties had loosened—and that I had grown wings.”

"She felt like a part of me, which I came to understand as my own femininity.
“The only expectation I had going into the session was that I wouldn’t be able to open up—that I wouldn’t feel comfortable and that the experience would remain superficial.
After the initial conversation, I set the intention to discover the root of my injustice trauma. Once I entered the meditation, it didn’t take long for visions to appear—people from my family I didn’t recognize, ancestors.
Step by step, I uncovered that behind the sense of injustice was a constant feeling of not having enough time, which in turn was rooted in the fear of death—connected to a family member who had passed away at a very young age.
Guided by Adriana, I navigated through these visions and interacted with the figures that appeared. Then, toward the end, came my biggest surprise: a female presence—a young woman who wasn’t a family member, nor someone from the past or anyone I knew. She felt like a part of me, which I came to understand as my own femininity.
She settled within me—and has stayed with me ever since.”
