I am certified in Yin Breathwork, with my training completed in Bali, and I have received Reiki and Shinki initiations. I have also completed a Transgenerational Psychotherapy Training Program and continue to deepen my practice through ongoing studies in Family Constellations and the Whole-Self Pre-Birth Matrix.
At the same time, what I do is not defined by any one method. It is an approach shaped through years of study, lived experience, and intuition. Each session is different, shaped by what is present in the moment and by the intention we set together.
